Christmas in California

December 26th, 2007

Over the weekend, we visited San Jose’s Christmas In The Park. It was amazing that a California city has anything named “Christmas” anywhere. But then again, the giant Christmas Tree that they had is called the “Community Giving Tree.” Most of the displays showed the multi-cultural influence of the hippies in the state. Not to digress, but I’m so glad the “melting post of culture” that we were supposed to have has turned into a “salad bowl of culture.” I’ll have to write more about that later.

But anyway, is it just me or is there something wrong with this display?
